If you wish to return an item, we will arrange for a courier to collect the returned item and send it back to our store for inspection. Once the item is received and approved, a request will be sent to the finance team to initiate the refund process. If you paid in cash (Cash on Delivery), the refund will be made via bank transfer. In this case, we will require your bank account details. If you paid by Visa or debit/credit card, the refund will be issued to the same card used for the payment. Please note that the refund process may take 10 to 14 working days. In case of return/refund requests, shipping fees will apply. Kindly note that we require your confirmation to proceed with your request. The item must be returned in its original condition and accompanied by the original sales receipt.
